The three research tracks of the Masters in Finance, Marketing and Human Resources Management allow access to doctoral studies in Management Sciences for students wishing to pursue academic research.
The objective is to train future teachers and researchers or collaborators with the ability to reflect on scientific knowledge and methods. The skills developed in the research courses can lead students to an academic career in university research, but also open up access to positions as researchers, experts, and high-level executives in business, banking, and administration.
The natural continuation after one of these three "Research" courses is the preparation of a doctoral thesis in Management Sciences within the Doctoral School of Legal, Political, Economic and Management Sciences of the University of Lorraine.
