A two-year sandwich course to prepare for jobs in Marketing
A real career boost, the Master in Marketing and Sales provides training dealing with the fundamentals of marketing and the management methods that a senior manager is required to use on a daily basis. It also offers an international outlook.
The "Marketing and Commercial Management" specialisation prepares students for the various marketing professions (see section on job opportunities). It also offers a research course for students wishing to pursue a career as a teacher-researcher.
The programme has close links with the socio-economic environment. Students can benefit from professionalization contracts, companies visits and classes dealing with public or private organisations issues encountered in their field of activity. The diploma association, "Market'us", also helps to maintain bonds between students and former graduates.
PUBLIC
INITIAL TRAINING: holders of a Bachelor's degree, including other disciplines than management (human sciences, literature, life and earth sciences, engineering sciences, etc.)
CONTINUING EDUCATION: professionals, employees in continuing education, wishing to integrate the Master 1 or Master 2, must justify 3 years of professional experience and hold a bac +3 level or a bac +4 level.

The first year (M1) offers initial training courses or sandwich courses through a professionalization contract. It trains students to understand the fundamentals of marketing and the management methods that a senior manager must necessarily use.
From the Master 1, the student can integrate a company or a professional organisation during his training, via the following professionalization arrangements:
- The apprenticeship agreement, IAE Nancy is a partner of the CFA of the University of Lorraine
- The professionalization contract
- InternshipM1 students following an initial training will be required to complete a long-term internship (at least 16 weeks).
The training covers an international dimension leading to offer more courses taught in English, particularly for the Master 2. Moreover, M1 students following an initial training have the opportunity to do their internship or part of their training abroad thanks to many partnerships. It is also possible to complete the entire M2 programme abroad as part of the ERASMUS or BCI (ex-CREPUQ) programme.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: application + interview for working professionals or those covered by the Validation of Professional and Personal Experience (VAPP - law 1985) or the Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE).

CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Master 2 is open to holders or future holders of a diploma equivalent to at least four years of higher education (240 ECTS) and with a solid knowledge in marketing.
Eligibility is based on the student's application file for students who have completed a Master 1 in Marketing and Sales or an equivalent four-year degree.
