The IAE Nancy, part of the University of Lorraine, is governed by the provisions of the articles L 713-1 et 713-9 of the Education Code.

The IAE Nancy is administered by a board of 40 members, composed of elected representatives of teachers, students, administrative staff as well as external personalities.
